What you are buying
Pewterkit tools sell one-time digital products, such as a fix pack, for the price shown before you pay (each tool shows its price before you pay). They are delivered online straight after payment. The price shown at checkout is the total you pay. Onelink (Link, LLC), Stripe's merchant-of-record service, sells the product to you as merchant of record and handles any tax due on it. We (the trader) are not registered for VAT. Payments are processed by Link, LLC (Stripe Managed Payments), which is the seller of record and appears on checkout and card statements as Onelink / ONELINK* PEWTERKIT.COM. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews.
Your 14-day right to cancel
Under UK law, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once delivery starts, if you agreed to get it straight away and confirmed you understood you would lose the right. Our checkout asks for that agreement, together with your agreement to our Terms, with one unticked box before you pay, and your order confirmation email repeats it.
If something is wrong
If what you bought doesn't work, isn't as described or wasn't delivered, email support@pewterkit.com with your receipt or order email. We will fix it, replace it or refund you, as UK consumer law requires.
Signhome: works or your money back
Works or your money back. If within 14 days you've followed the pack and Google's sign-in still doesn't show your domain, email support with your re-check link. We'll help you fix it, and if we can't, we refund you in full.
- Email support@pewterkit.com with your re-check result link. That link is the only evidence we ask for.
- We reply with the likely fix. If it still doesn't work, we refund you in full.
- This promise covers only the tools listed in the table below, and only the hosting setups each is proven for. A tool without a line there does not carry this promise.
- It sits alongside your rights under UK consumer law (above) and the choice you make at checkout about your 14-day right to cancel.

How refunds are paid
Payments are handled by Onelink (Link, LLC), Stripe's merchant-of-record service. Refunds go back to the card or payment method you paid with, and Onelink emails you a confirmation. You can also ask Onelink's support about a payment. They may contact us before acting.
